About the Class:Experience an in-depth guide to discovering the alignment of both the internal and external form of Ashtanga Yoga. Learn warm-up sequences to open up the body, and a combination of flowing movements and passive postures. Asanas will be explained to understand the core principles of vinyasa(intelligent sequencing and connecting of breath with movement), bandha (the union of the prana and apana -inhaling and exhaling patterns) and mudra (the sacred seal of each asana in each moment). The essential postures of the primary series will follow with forward bending, side bending, twisting, arm balancing and strength building, and back bending postures unveiled. Led by CrissTIna a senior teacher in Ashtanga yoga. She has practiced for over 8 years and has been teaching around the world for many years now.

Join this Kriyas Workshop that focuses on cleaning the internal organs through various techniques including jala and sutra neti (nasal cleaning) and kunjal kriya (water purification).
